I went to xefi to change my old computer. I received an excellent welcome and got all the answers to my various questions. Today I got this new configured computer back and the technician who delivered it to me was extremely kind. I highly recommend xefi. Very competent.

I showed up at XEFI Lyon 6 on Tuesday September 24. The night before, my PC refused to start. I specify that it was at the end of its life, change planned for the beginning of 2025. I was very well received, I was able to have 1 rapid diagnosis (dead hard drive) and I was able to recover my PC barely 48 hours after the diagnosis in impeccable condition (new hard drive installed). Above all, I would like to thank Mr CUZIN who was very responsive so that I could leave, before the repair, with 1 file that I absolutely needed. It's called customer service and it's nice! :-)
